Patrick and Raven have 40+ years of experience as design practitioners and business leaders in complex organizations. They have built multiple businesses and continue to transform leading organizations’ approaches to service innovation. They hold 20+ patents in User Experience Design and have a multitude of design accolades from the American Graphic Design Awards, American Advertising Industry, AIGA, and the International Society of Visual Artists.
